The poet in me has returned from the hibernation :) Credit to the couple of hindi serials I am hooked on to these days and the Silsila movie song that started playing a while ago :) So here's one, reflecting optimism as usual :) :)

The dew drops

To see you
Smiling, gelling freely with others
So swiftly, you get a place in their hearts…
And, in mine too
Moments…those flash through the eyes
Creating a sketch of you
Strolling on the beach
Embracing the sea
So gently, you touch every being
And, me too
Moments… of that day I scribble on the sand
When you brought me the flowers in the hospital
Radiating the aroma all around
Was it the fragrance of the roses
Or your affection?
There I see, the morning dew
And……..I miss you
I smile thinking about you…
I know we’ll be together soon.
